Mom and I had bought some gold jewelry for my brother’s soon to be born son. We are all very excited and counting days now. The price of gold has gone up so much compared to few years ago. We have bought gold coins many years back. Hubby and I want to buy gold coins again as it has value in it. My cousins are coming back from US and I am thinking of getting them to buy gold coins on my behalf from United States Gold Bureau. It comes in gold coins or ingots which I prefer gold coins instead. Does your office use paper or electronic files? I would have guess both as sometimes, we still need to refer to the paper documents. But document management system is very useful as we can save on papers too. It can auto index and integrates all your documents and it will be easier for us to search for some documents quickly. When I was still working, I used to input all the data into the system so that it will be easier for my colleagues to search for any particular information they needed. It was tough work in the beginning but it became easier gradually. Oh! How I miss my working days..

Diamonds for Women

I can be quite obsessed with diamonds. There were times where I wanted to purchase every jewelry in diamonds. Of course, I would love to have more diamond jewelry, but then, it depends on my pocket too. Haha! No money no talk.

I like to look at the 4Cs of each diamond and make comparison. There are always sale or promotion on diamonds whenever I am in the shopping mall. Some shops offer wholesale, certified or even loose diamonds. There are of course cheap or expensive diamonds. It depends on your budget.

Mirrors

I have a bigger back mirror in my car and I am so used to it. I find it useful for me that I get to see wider and make better judgement when I am driving. You know, women drivers!

If there are convex mirrors for cars, it would be better for me too as I can have greater visibility. The one that I know of, is quite small which is for our side or back mirrors. I prefer a larger one since the smaller ones are too tiny. I don’t want to squint my eyes when I am driving. Not only convex mirrors can help us to prevent accidents, but also theft, and damage to ourselves or our properties. It is also easy to install so there won’t be any hassle. P

Kids Wheel

I have seen pictures of celebrities’ children riding their toy wheels cars. It can be quite expensive and I wish I could afford one for my kids. These power wheels toys are battery powered and children love them. My son once went gaga over a motorbike so much that he requested us to get one for him. Of course, we didn’t. But I bet it would be fun to ride in one of these toy vehicles. It will be like riding a real vehicle, well, at least to the kids.

For a stay at home mom like me, I can’t always go out whenever I want to. There are certain times I have to be at home to prepare meals and watch the kids. If I would like to obtain my master degree, the only way is to study online. Online School is now widely available from many universities. It is more flexible and we can study from home. Very convenient for a mom like me. However, I can be stress because I have my mommy duties to do as well. But I shall think about it.

Insurance Lapsed?

I thought I paid for one of my insurance three months ago, but apparently , the insurance company did not receive my payment. I paid through online banking and I didn’t know that it did not go through until my auntie informed me. She is my agent for that particular insurance and after informing me, I checked my statement and true enough it didn’t go through! I panicked, afraid that this insurance might lapse, so my auntie quickly paid on my behalf first. Thank God, the insurance company still allowed me to pay even though I was considered three months late. Phew! Cordless Phone

Having a cordless phone at home is like using a mobile. We have one cordless phone in the living room and I am thinking of getting another for our master bedroom. But hubby thinks that it is unneccesary because we hardly use it. But sometimes, when I call home to look for maid, she didn’t answer our house phone because she was upstairs doing some chores. So, if we have a another cordless phone upstairs, then it will be easier for her. In case, there is an emergency, I can get hold of our maid. Let me go over the cordless phone reviews and read what it says about it. It is good to get more information before we buy anything right?

Exercising

The only sports I like so far is swimming. I don’t exercise a lot and am thinking of going to the gym. But it is quite boring in the gym alone. Perhaps I should get myself an ipod. I prefer to wear singles with long pants when I go to the gym. But sometimes it can be quite hot especially after we get sweaty. Perhaps I should get myself a pair of running shorts. Oh and sneakers too! But I wanna join those pilate or yoga classes too. Let me think thoroughly. I am very keen to get fit!
