A friend of mine will be moving to together with his family all the way from Singapore. He is looking for a property for rental and has already shortlisted a few. I personally think that renting a property is a waste of money. Instead, buying the property and pay the same amount as rental is more worth it. But then, my friend will be living in KL temporarily only. If he is interested in purchasing a property in future, then he should look for specially trained REO broker when buying Outer banks foreclosures properties.  Well, I will leave it up to him to decide and see what he says once he has fallen in love with KL!
